Overview
Modular task framework and set of entry-point concepts to surface critical onboarding actions consistently across channels.
Problem
Members were missing time-sensitive onboarding actions due to fragmented entry points and inconsistent prioritization across platforms.
Solution
Defined a task model, prioritized actions, and prototyped three entry-point concepts for responsive web and native apps to validate interaction patterns.
Result
Validated concept direction through prototype testing and stakeholder alignment; delivered design specs and prototypes for a pilot implementation and a roadmap for measurement.
